Welcome to Celeste Course: Revolution AI! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using Celestel’s Course, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

Definitions

“Celestel,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the service provider. “You” and “your” refer to the user or visitor of our website. “Services” refer to the offerings provided by Coursey, including online courses and related materials.

User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without notice, for any violation of these Terms.

If a user spams our Gmail, social media, contact forms, or engages in any form of harassment or inappropriate behavior through our platforms such as Discord, YouTube, Medium, or similar services, the user’s subscription will be terminated at the user’s expense, with no refund.

If we suspect a user is attempting to harm our website through hacking, malware, viruses, or similar actions, the account will be immediately suspended without any refund, and legal action may follow.

Use of Services

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to use the services for any unlawful purpose, distribute viruses or harmful code, attempt to interfere with the operation of our website, or use automated systems to access our services.

We are not responsible for any unlawful or immoral use of our products. The choices you make after watching the course place full responsibility on the user. This course is intended for educational purposes and personal development, not to cause harm, disruption, or violations toward any individual or entity.

Our course may not be downloaded or recorded in any form except for personal use. If you are caught sharing private course content, we reserve the right to take legal action, cancel your subscription, and offer no refund.

Content

Some content provided on Celestel Course, including text, graphics, logos, and videos, is owned by Coursey or our content providers and is protected by intellectual property laws. By submitting content to our website, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display such content, except in cases where compensation of one-fifth (1/5) applies (see below).

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate at our discretion. We also reserve the right to remove content based on your idea at any time, and any payment related to the one-fifth (1/5) compensation may be canceled without further discussion.

Payments and Refunds

Full Refund:
To qualify for a full refund, requests must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase. Once a refund is approved, access to the course will be revoked. All refund requests must include feedback explaining why the purchase did not meet expectations, along with constructive suggestions on how the issue could be improved or resolved. Refunds will not be granted for preferences related to design, wording, layout, or resolution.

Partial Refund (12 to 48 Hours After Purchase):
Requests made between 12 and 48 hours after purchase may qualify for a partial refund only if a verified website error prevents access or proper use of the course. Each claim will be reviewed to confirm whether the issue affects other users. If the error cannot be verified or does not impact others, no refund will be issued.

If the verified error persists for other users after two (2) weeks, we will provide an alternative method to access the course content, such as shared video access. If we fail to respond or resolve the verified error within one (1) week and no alternative access is provided, a full refund will be issued.

Refund Requests After 48 Hours:
If you believe you are deserving of a refund after 48 hours, you may contact us. Refunds in this case may be partial, full, or not issued at all, and we reserve the right to provide no further explanation.

Idea Submission Compensation:
If you email us a valuable idea or suggestion to improve this course and we decide to use it, you will receive either full access to the course if you do not already have it or, if you already purchased the full course, we will credit you with one-fifth (1/5) of the current course value for your contribution.

All submissions will be documented by posting on our stories and keeping records in Word documents to ensure clarity and avoid disputes. We will notify you if a similar idea has already been submitted. If we use your idea without prior consent and it has not been shared by anyone else before you, you will be entitled to one-third (1/3) of the course value and unlimited access to the full course. (If considering a submission, please read the “Content” section.)

Other Cases:
If none of the above conditions apply, we will be glad to assist you. However, resolution will involve discussion between both parties and may depend on the legal and financial aspects of the issue.

If the course is or becomes free. No refund will be given, and we can suspend your account anytime.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Celestel Incorporations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
